A self-knowledge process through mandalas can happen individually or in a group. The mandalas can be made using many kinds of material. However, in order to study the following cases, we have chosen mandalas that were made individually and painted with oil pastels. All the work was developed using the Six Petals Method.
For each chosen case, we have selected only a few mandalas that we found to be meaningful to show how the process takes place, even though many other mandalas were made throughout the journey.
